Unlike many maintenance companies we do not charge a retainer, nor do we charge a call out fee for any work required between the hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm.
We provide a professional and fully insured service, which includes all general repairs to your property. If required we are happy to retain a set of keys to allow access when tenants are working or at university/college. One thing you can be guaranteed of is a friendly, trustworthy and efficient service.
